About the Role:

Bizmoni is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel Revenue Manager to optimize and scale our revenue operations through automation, data-driven decision-making, and customer lifecycle management.

This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, CRM Strategy, Marketing Automation, and Business Growth. You will leverage GoHighLevel (GHL) to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and revenue performance across multiple products and business units.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, CRM, Product, and Leadership teams to build scalable systems, optimize funnels, automate customer journeys, and uncover new growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

    • Own and optimize GoHighLevel funnels, CRM processes, and automations to drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Design and implement scalable customer journey workflows, nurturing campaigns, and revenue-generating automations.
    • Monitor revenue KPIs, funnel performance, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
    • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights for leadership.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CRM, Product, and Finance teams to align revenue operations and business objectives.



What You'll Bring:

    • Proven experience driving revenue growth within FinTech, SaaS, Financial Services, or high-growth startup environments.
    • Advanced hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM management, automations, workflows, funnels, and reporting.
    • Strong understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps), customer lifecycle management, CRM strategy, and marketing automation.
    • Analytical mindset with experience using data, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive business decisions.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project execution skills.
    • Fluent English and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with AI-powered marketing and automation tools.
    • Knowledge of FinTech products, payments, lending, digital banking, or financial education platforms.
    • Experience with BI tools, attribution modeling, and advanced analytics.

At Bizmoni, base compensation is part of a total rewards package and is set within ranges that may vary by location to reflect local markets.
