Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental needs of clients, employing a strengths-based approach.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans detailing specific goals, interventions, and monitoring of progress, ensuring these plans adapt to clients’ evolving needs.
• Provide one-on-one and family counseling sessions that facilitate healing and empower clients to overcome life’s challenges.
• Engage actively with clients to create tailored service plans and link them to pertinent community resources, enhancing their support systems.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to protect the well-being of at-risk clients.

• Attend case conferences, team meetings, and professional development training sessions to enhance collaboration and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus to incentivize new team members.
