• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using established therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions to enhance professional development, receive constructive feedback, and ensure quality patient care.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, adhering to agency requirements for treatment plans, outcome assessments, and psycho-social evaluations to meet both local and federal regulations.
• Engage actively in clinical discussions and case reviews with peers to improve therapeutic approaches and team performance.
• Maintain electronic medical records with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with agency standards and state payor expectations.

Your role will primarily involve working with children and adolescents, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of younger populations and their families. With opportunities for cross-training, you'll also have the chance to broaden your expertise by engaging with adult clients. As you support patients with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, OCD, and depression, you'll contribute to specialized treatment programs designed to foster recovery and resilience.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Expertise in therapeutic areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of ethical and legal guidelines governing mental health services.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
