If you're passionate about technology, relationship building, and helping teams win, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What you'll be doing:
  • Develop and execute partner-focused sales activities, including call days and targeted growth initiatives.
  • Support pipeline management, opportunity prioritization, and sales execution to improve vendor win rates.
  • Promote and educate Staples sales teams on technology products, services, marketing programs, and vendor initiatives.
  • Qualify, prepare, and present complex hardware, software, and services solutions to sales associates and customer-facing teams.
  • Assist with pricing strategy, deal registrations, product configurations, availability management, and lead qualification.
  • Partner with merchants, product development managers, and vendor stakeholders to create campaigns that drive profitable growth.
  • Deliver program updates, product enhancements, and strategic communications to internal and external partners.
  • Manage vendor portal activities and support the development of sales collateral and enablement materials.
  • Analyze business performance data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to leadership and vendor teams.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through training programs, process enhancements, and vendor engagement initiatives.

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong account management experience supporting corporate, commercial, or enterprise customers.
  • Ability to develop compelling proposals and present technology solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience gathering, interpreting, and utilizing business data to drive recommendations.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and vendor organizations.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Forms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and helping sales teams deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

What's Needed - Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience selling desktop technology, computing devices, and peripherals to administrative, management, and senior management-level customers.
  • Direct account management experience selling PC technology to corporate, commercial, and enterprise customers.
  • Experience developing sales proposals and providing operational and informational support.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Experience working with business systems and ERP platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

What's Needed - Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with infrastructure sales.
  • Demonstrated success managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience supporting vendor-funded programs and strategic technology partnerships.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment.

We Offer:
