Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will work with clients to provide insurance solutions, maintain relationships, and deliver excellent customer service. This position focuses on both sales and ongoing client support in a professional, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships within the community.
  • Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients through telemarketing, social media, and community outreach.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns and improve sales processes.

Ideal Skills:
