Travel Reservations Agent

Syracuse, New York, United States

We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Reservations Agents. In this remote role, you will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working in a self-directed environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Provide professional and timely customer support throughout the booking process
  • Research travel options and present recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservations
  • Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues
  • Stay informed on travel updates, policies, and available offerings
Qualifications
