The Resolute Healthcare Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position involves working from home, directly engaging with clients in a Detox Center setting. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will involve a combination of direct client care and collaborative team efforts:

  • Engage proactively with clients through remote sessions, focusing on creating a therapeutic environment that fosters trust and open communication.
  • Participate in treatment planning by conducting evidence-based assessments and developing integrated care plans that prioritize client involvement and empowerment.
  • Monitor client progress, manage caseloads effectively, and ensure compliance with admission and discharge criteria.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with clients facing the challenges of substance use disorders, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders. Your role is crucial for improving patient outcomes by providing tailored support and connections to essential services, ensuring holistic recovery paths for individuals in our detox program. Understanding diverse traditions and beliefs is vital to your work as you interact with a broad range of clients.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
  • Strong understanding of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
  • Proficient organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience
