Resilience Rays Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide essential mental health services to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients based on their unique needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches, to facilitate healing and growth.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to foster client engagement and support their emotional journeys.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic client care.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and face diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. As a counselor, you will play a pivotal role in addressing these issues, offering specialized support to individuals and families, including children and adolescents. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut is essential.
