Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cruise Travel Coordinator to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating cruise vacations. This entry-level remote position is well suited for someone who is organized, comfortable using a computer, and interested in helping travelers create enjoyable vacation experiences. The Cruise Travel Coordinator will communicate with clients, research cruise options, prepare travel information, and provide administrative support throughout the reservation process. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, budgets, and accommodation needs. Research cruise lines, itineraries, destinations, cabins, and available travel options. Prepare and present accurate cruise information based on each clientโ€™s stated preferences. Assist with reservations, payment schedules, travel documents, and itinerary details. Maintain accurate client records and update reservation information as necessary. Communicate important deadlines, policies, and itinerary changes to clients. Respond professionally to client questions by telephone, email, or approved messaging systems. Coordinate with cruise lines and other travel suppliers when assistance or clarification is needed. Protect confidential client and payment information in accordance with company procedures.
