• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for new patients to identify their unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.
• Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment plans regularly, ensuring they align with patient experiences and progress towards therapeutic goals.
• Engage with clients in individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment to build rapport and facilitate meaningful dialogue.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to address clients’ individual therapeutic needs.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, submitting records within 24 to 48 hours post-session to comply with company standards.
• Collaborate interprofessionally with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by engaging in clinical research and continuous education opportunities, keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• A valid and active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) is mandatory.
• Two to three years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a private practice or therapeutic setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally competent care.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a minimum caseload independently.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is highly regarded.
• Previous involvement in community health initiatives or outreach programs will be an advantage.
