Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients, establishing a clear understanding of their mental health challenges and personal histories.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based, taking into account individual client needs and preferences.
• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide clients towards improved mental health outcomes.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal guidelines, ensuring client privacy and data security.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate holistic care and support client journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, equipping you with the necessary theoretical knowledge and applied practices in mental health.
