Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to identify issues and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapies to address a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
  • Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and developing long-term coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate multi-faceted care, connecting clients with additional resources as required.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress while adhering to all ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, methodologies, and changes in mental health practices to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, showcasing a commitment to client improvement.

  • A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence, privacy, and ethical guidelines in delivering services.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting experience and licensure levels.
