Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive assessments to understand each client's individual needs and circumstances.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with your treatment team—including psychiatrists, nurses, and counselors—to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
  • Provide education and support to both patients and their families, facilitating understanding of mental health issues and treatment options.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW or LCSW-R license in the state of New York.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance use setting.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to enhance client experiences.
