Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to understand their mental health needs and history.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to address specific patient concerns.
• Delivering a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapted to individual client's preferences.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Participating in collaborative treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and support amongst practitioners.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health issues and available community support services.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying current with the latest trends in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic serves a diverse patient population, including adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to clients.
• Proficient in utilizing solution-focused therapy and evidence-based techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to think critically under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment while navigating remote interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote setting or telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient record-keeping.
• Prior involvement within hospice or palliative care settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
