As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your role encompasses various responsibilities that are pivotal to our mission of enhancing mental health in school settings:

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring techniques to fit student-specific needs.
• Monitor and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards for compliance.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising educators, school psychologists, and healthcare providers to facilitate holistic care for students.
• Provide ongoing education and support to students and their families, offering tools and resources to empower them in managing mental health challenges.
• Engage in case consultations, participate in peer review meetings, and contribute to a culture of continual improvement in service delivery.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in social work and mental health to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Our primary focus is on school-aged children and adolescents, navigating a diverse array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, social issues, and trauma. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapy to children and adolescents.

• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build trusting relationships.
