• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each student's mental health challenges, strengths, and needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on these findings.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy, to empower students in managing their mental health.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Engage and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other mental health professionals to build a comprehensive support system for students.
• Offer educational workshops to families and school staff on mental health awareness, promoting a culture of openness and understanding around psychological issues.
• Stay abreast of contemporary research and trends in mental health to incorporate new strategies into practice, enhancing treatment efficacy and outcomes.

Your primary clientele will include school-aged children and adolescents facing various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid state Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license with no pending disciplinary actions is required.
• Proven experience in clinical social work, particularly in assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with children, families, and educational personnel from diverse backgrounds.
• Adeptness with technology and familiarity with teletherapy platforms to ensure seamless remote service delivery.

• Experience in school-based social work or therapeutic interventions related to children and adolescents is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
