Our clinical team operates in a remote setting, providing outpatient therapy primarily in school environments across Chandler, Arizona. This accessibility allows us to reach students in need, ensuring a collaborative approach to their mental health care. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other mental health professionals to create a supportive framework for students' well-being.

• Conduct detailed assessments for students, leveraging evidence-based practices to identify their mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans that promote their emotional and psychological growth.
• Implement individualized therapeutic interventions tailored to student needs, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, or mindfulness strategies.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records with a focus on confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all information is stored securely and responsibly.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including school staff and external service providers, to provide holistic care that addresses various aspects of student life.
• Engage with students and their families through educational sessions that empower them with the skills to manage mental health challenges and navigate available resources effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical advancements in the field of social work, incorporating new knowledge into practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a multitude of challenges, including anxiety, depression, social skills deficits, and behavioral issues. Your ability to connect with diverse populations will be crucial in fostering trust and encouraging students to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without any disciplinary actions is essential.
• Experience in conducting clinical assessments, diagnoses, and the development of treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and team members from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and virtual platforms to provide effective remote counseling services.

• Clinical experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and behavioral interventions is an asset.
• Previous involvement in collaborative care models that require engaging with educational and community stakeholders.
