This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions with clients from the comfort of your home or any suitable location. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients, utilizing established evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approaches based on client-specific issues and progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, committed to compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal documentation protocols.
• Collaborate actively with your treatment team through case consultations and regular peer review meetings to ensure multidisciplinary support for clients.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and the community support systems available.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and best practices within the mental health field.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Proficient understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to deliver effective, personalized care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, essential for navigating complex client situations.
• A collaborative approach, valuing teamwork and the diverse expertise of your colleagues within the supportive environment.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is preferred.
• Previous work with clients facing trauma, anxiety, and depression is highly desirable.
• Experience in crisis intervention and emergency management in a mental health context will be an added advantage.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
