This position offers remote work flexibility, enabling you to deliver compassionate care from a location that suits you while engaging with patients through our secure telehealth platform. While your primary hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient schedules and specific needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify and document patients' conditions, history, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to facilitate healing and promote positive behavioral changes.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at improving patient understanding of mental health issues and enhancing community support networks.
• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and case management.
• Administer crisis intervention strategies and immediate support for patients facing mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.
• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings to enhance knowledge-sharing and improve patient outcomes.
• Engage in professional development activities and stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to seniors, facing various mental health challenges. Your ability to relate effectively to patients from different backgrounds will be essential in fostering trust and openness. This position is particularly rewarding as you will assist clients in navigating the complexities of their mental health journeys, helping them access the emotional and psychological support they need.

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and a solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining patient documentation and managing care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster effective relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

• Previous experience delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse population, showcasing an ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet varied needs.
• Proven skills in crisis intervention and management, enhancing your capacity to respond effectively to patient emergencies.
• Active participation in community outreach initiatives to further support mental health awareness and education.
