• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews.
• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies and interventions.
• Implement psychotherapy techniques, including solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral strategies, to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records to ensure compliance with confidentiality standards, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive approach for clients.
• Provide education and supportive counseling to both patients and their families, helping them navigate the challenges associated with mental health issues.
• Stay abreast of current mental health research and best practices to continually inform treatment methodologies.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Vermont.

• Proven proficiency in intervention techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with both clients and their families.

• Experience working in a school-based mental health context.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, with experience in multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Clinical specialization in child and adolescent mental health.
