• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Your client caseload will predominantly consist of individuals and families seeking help with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and family conflict. Your ability to build trusting rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds will be key to fostering healing and personal growth.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is essential for this role.

• An empathetic, nonjudgmental, and supportive approach toward clients’ experiences and struggles is vital.
