• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues, establishing a foundation for effective treatment strategies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and open environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental perspective when addressing client issues and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload and fulfilling administrative duties.

• Experience in providing therapy for a diverse range of clients and within different family dynamics.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary team collaboration to enhance patient care.
• Knowledge of practices addressing substance use disorders and integration of addiction therapy.
