As a remote outpatient facility, our work environment emphasizes flexibility and the use of innovative technologies to maintain seamless communication among team members. You will benefit from a structured schedule, typically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate varying patient needs. Our team meets regularly via video conferencing to collaborate on cases, share insights, and engage in professional development.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that delve into patients' histories, challenges, and strengths to create effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to facilitate meaningful change in clients' lives.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, creating safe environments where individuals can discuss their experiences and connect with others facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for all patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support and resources for clients in distress.
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community resources available to them.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and practice standards.
• Actively partake in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research to enhance therapeutic practices and improve patient outcomes.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. • A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment strategies.
• Experience in providing counseling services in both individual and group settings, with a focus on diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong adherence to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.
• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital applications related to mental health service delivery.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to coordinating patient care.

• Experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is highly desirable, reflecting adaptability to innovative patient care models.
