Given the remote nature of our services, you will utilize secure video conferencing platforms to conduct therapy sessions, maintaining a professional and confidential environment for all clients. You'll be supported by a collaborative remote team, participating in regular virtual meetings and consultations to enrich your skills and enhance patient care.

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Assess clients' unique mental health needs, establishing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based methodologies.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, from cognitive-behavioral therapy to mindfulness techniques, to effectively address specific client concerns and improve mental health outcomes.
• Provide continuous guidance and practical coping strategies tailored to help clients navigate their personal mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being.
• Accurately document client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to offer coordinated and holistic care for clients, involving regular communication regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Stay updated with current mental health research and emerging therapeutic practices through ongoing professional development opportunities.

In this position, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, providing therapeutic services to individuals from various backgrounds. You may encounter clients facing a wide array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of psychological development across the lifespan, co-occurring mental health disorders, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Experience in delivering remote therapy and familiarity with virtual therapeutic tools and methods.
• Proven ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.
• Preferred certifications in specialized areas such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, or related certifications.

• Competitive salary range between $80,000 and $122,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload.
