Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, from cognitive-behavioral therapy to mindfulness techniques, to effectively address specific client concerns and improve mental health outcomes.

  • Accurately document client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, providing therapeutic services to individuals from various backgrounds. You may encounter clients facing a wide array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of psychological development across the lifespan, co-occurring mental health disorders, and crisis intervention techniques.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in delivering remote therapy and familiarity with virtual therapeutic tools and methods.
  • Proven ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.
