As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitating regular group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight clients to promote deeper understanding and personal connection.
• Providing individual or family therapy sessions to improve relational dynamics and personal healing processes.
• Participating in case discussions and collaborative meetings with fellow clinicians to enhance treatment efficacy and share insights.
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory and best practice guidelines.
• Staying current with continuing education requirements and best practices in mental health treatment.

The primary client demographic consists of adolescents and young adults facing challenges related to mental health. This includes considerations for those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current licensure as an independently-licensed mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or a willingness to obtain this if you are a junior-licensed clinician.
• Availability to commit between 12 to 40 hours weekly depending on whether you opt for a contract position (12 hours minimum) or a W2 position (40 hours full-time).
• Ability to provide evening and weekend availability as needed.

Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic setting is a distinct advantage. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to navigate remote counseling effectively will enhance your candidacy.
Experience in collaborative settings and knowledge of trauma-informed care practices will also be beneficial.

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000 annually, reflecting commensurate experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
