Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that directly impact client care and outcomes. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans;
• Rendering accurate diagnoses based on clinical assessments and evidence-based practices;
• Providing weekly psychotherapy sessions to an established caseload, ensuring ongoing support and intervention;
• Coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic treatment;
• Engaging in occasional crisis intervention to assist clients in acute situations;
• Maintaining adherence to 360care policies and procedures, as well as complying with HIPAA and CMS regulations to safeguard patient privacy and care integrity;
• Utilizing our user-friendly documentation system efficiently for clinical notes and tracking client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including seniors and adults facing various mental health challenges. Familiarity with geriatric psycho-social needs, including adjustment issues and dementia, will be crucial as you assist clients in navigating their mental health journeys. Your expertise will help improve their quality of life through tailored interventions and support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution;
• A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey;
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the diagnosis and treatment protocols for mental health disorders;
• Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively utilize technology in outpatient settings;
• Exemplary empathy and compassion, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
