Entry Level Sales Representative - Remote

Remote | U.S. & Canada | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided

IMPORTANT LOCATION REQUIREMENT: Applicants must have a current residential address in Virginia, Illinois, California, Washington, or anywhere in Canada. This opportunity is not open to applicants residing outside these areas.

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote sales team. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and learning new skills in a structured environment.

You don't need an extensive sales background to get started. New team members receive training, coaching, and guidance designed to help them become confident in the role.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Connect with individuals who have requested information about their available benefits
  • Learn about each client's situation and identify appropriate options
  • Explain benefit and coverage information in a simple, easy-to-understand way
  • Answer questions and provide professional client support
  • Guide clients through the next steps when they decide to move forward
  • Follow up with clients and maintain timely communication
  • Document client interactions and keep information organized
  • Attend online training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
  • Work toward individual performance and development goals
