• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that specifically address both addiction and underlying mental health disorders.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive and integrated care for all clients.
• Engage and educate clients' families, enhancing their involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records while adhering to state and federal regulations regarding client confidentiality and data privacy.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses, all seeking recovery from substance use disorders and associated mental health issues. Our clients include those in both early and more advanced stages of recovery, necessitating tailored approaches to therapy that respect their unique journeys.

• Possession of a valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in addiction treatment and mental health counseling.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional communication and therapeutic skills, with a capability to motivate clients effectively.

• Experience working in residential or outpatient substance abuse treatment settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and case management.
• Special training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
