This position operates in a remote telehealth setting, offering flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. • Deliver personalized counseling and therapeutic interventions to clients, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to integrate treatment approaches and optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and strategies for follow-up care, adjusting approaches based on client progress and feedback.
• Actively engage in community outreach programs and mental health awareness initiatives to foster relationships and build connections.

The diverse client population served at Better Way Behavioral Health includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be expected to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to varying backgrounds, ensuring that every client receives respectful and effective care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid independent licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health services.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and tools for conducting therapy sessions effectively.
• Certifications in specialized therapy modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care) are a plus.
• Proven track record in creating and implementing treatment plans tailored to client needs.
