Company Description

At Promac Consulting, you will be part of a specialized project controls firm focused on delivering high-quality scheduling, cost, and risk management solutions on complex infrastructure and energy projects.
We are a hands-on, practitioner-led firm, meaning our project controls professionals are empowered to do real technical work—not just produce reports. You’ll work directly with experienced leadership, gain exposure to challenging projects, and have the opportunity to grow technically and professionally without unnecessary bureaucracy.
We value:
Technical excellence in CPM scheduling and project controls
Practical field-driven solutions, not template-based approaches
Professional growth, mentorship, and trust
Flexibility, recognizing that experienced professionals work best with autonomy
At Promac, your expertise matters, your voice is heard, and your work directly impacts project success.
