  • Oversee complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing activities, financing arrangements, development projects, and property restructurings.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, fiduciary standards, internal policies, and trust-specific governing documents.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, operational, environmental, financial, and reputational risks associated with trust-owned real estate assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, co-fiduciaries, beneficiaries, attorneys, appraisers, brokers, property managers, and other external partners.
  • Lead negotiations involving real estate transactions, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and other matters impacting trust-held assets.
  • Prepare and present complex portfolio analyses, asset performance reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, trust committees, and other governance groups.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate or asset management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment and strategic decision-making with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with advanced quantitative, valuation, and problem-solving capabilities applied to complex real estate and fiduciary asset management matters.
  • Advanced financial modeling and investment analysis expertise, including extensive proficiency in Excel for cash flow forecasting, scenario analysis, and portfolio management.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders, present recommendations, interact with clients, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation preferred.
