Senior Associate Attorney

Location: Remote (Pennsylvania) with Hybrid Component
Work Model: Fully Remote with Occasional Court Appearances & Onsite Meetings
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: $90,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join a growing legal team in a fully remote capacity, with required travel for court appearances and onsite meetings throughout Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience handling high-volume caseloads in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation.


Must-Have Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA)

  • Ability to travel to courts across PA for hearings, appearances, and required meetings


Required Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently
