  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of project requests, data handling activities, and production deliverables in accordance with departmental protocols.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for specialized services, including collections, scanning, OCR, and trial support, ensuring alignment with firm standards.
  • Monitor the Relativity environment for issues and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve technical concerns.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to attorneys, paralegals, and clients on the use of Relativity and related tools, translating technical concepts into practical guidance.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new eDiscovery tools, workflows, and technologies, including emerging analytics and AI capabilities.
  • Assist with processing, data loading, exports, and productions as needed in coordination with eDiscovery Engineers.
  • Draft and maintain documentation related to workflows, issues, and resolutions to support defensibility and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Litigation Support on departmental initiatives and administrative projects, including process improvements, technology evaluations, and other strategic efforts as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Strong proficiency in RelativityOne, including workspace administration, review workflows, and production management.
  • Minimum five years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows within a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of defensible eDiscovery practices across the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Experience with data reduction strategies, analytics, and technology-assisted review (TAR); familiarity with AI-assisted review tools is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to attorneys, clients, and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with additional litigation support and trial presentation technologies, such as TextMap, Trial Director, or similar tools. Familiarity with multimedia formats, including audio and video files, is a plus.
  • Experience in use and administration of other litigation support software and technology, including, but not limited to: TextMap, Trial Director, or video/audio editing software.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • This role operates within a standard business environment and is eligible for remote work, subject to firm policies and business needs.
  • Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Occasional flexibility outside of these hours may be required to support time-sensitive matters or deadlines; however, after-hours requests are infrequent.
