Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Data Entry professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Tonawanda/Buffalo, NY area. This entry-level Release Customs Analyst role is ideal for someone with strong data entry accuracy, excellent organization, and a customer service mindset who wants to build a career in customs documentation, import processing, and compliance support.
This position offers structured training, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team that helps ensure shipments are processed accurately and in compliance with U.S. customs regulations. Previous customs industry experience is not required, making this a strong opportunity for candidates with administrative, clerical, order processing, or high-volume data entry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customs entries and accurately enter shipment data for submission to U.S. customs.
- Review and process customs documentation to support timely shipment release.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with government regulations, procedures, and internal standards.
