• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate personalized treatment plans addressing their specific needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based strategies in individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care and ensure that all aspects of clients’ mental health are addressed.
• Engage clients’ families through education and involvement, helping them understand the therapeutic process and encouraging their support throughout recovery.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client progress following regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.
• Participate in supervision meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to share insights and improve treatment protocols.

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health issues. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• A strong foundation in mental health counseling, with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health disorders.
• Demonstrated ability in establishing rapport with clients, showcasing exceptional therapeutic skills and a commitment to motivating individuals toward their recovery.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration with other mental health professionals.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on mental health counseling.
• Specialized training in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Trauma-Informed Care is highly desirable.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, with additional bonuses based on performance.
