• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to understand the client’s mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients in their journey toward recovery and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that ensure confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA.
• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, including psychologists and educators, to create an integrated approach to client care.
• Educate clients, their families, and the broader community on mental health issues and available resources.
• Continuously engage in professional development through ongoing education, research, and training in the field of mental health.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients, including children and adolescents in a school setting, as well as adults facing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to implement individualized treatment strategies that address the unique circumstances of each client, fostering a supportive and understanding environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois is mandatory.
• Demonstrated clinical experience with a minimum of two years in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working in school-based settings or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Following best practices regarding trauma-informed care and culturally competent treatment.
