We're Hiring: Operations Manager
Savannah In-Home ABA Services Full-Time - Must be within driving distance of one of our North Carolina clinics
The Treetop ABA Therapy is growing in North Carolina, and we're looking for an Operations Manager to support our expanding home-based ABA services! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families-right in their homes and communities.
As the Operations Manager for our in-home division, you'll be the go-to leader ensuring our field-based services run smoothly and efficiently. You'll oversee daily operations, manage client and staff scheduling across the region, support behavior technicians in the field, and partner closely with clinical leadership. You'll also play a key role in building strong relationships with families and fostering community connections throughout North Carolina.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing day-to-day operations for in-home service delivery
• Overseeing client and staff scheduling to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Supporting and onboarding Behavior Technicians working in the field
• Partnering with Clinical Leadership to maintain smooth service coordination
• Assisting with community outreach and local relationship-building
• Serving as a point of contact for families to ensure a positive service experience
Schedule:
Full-time position with flexible hours between 7:30 AM-5:30 PM, based on client and field coverage needs

  • 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
  • 3+ years Experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience supporting or leading teams
  • Must be within driving distance of one of our clinics in North Carolina - Wilmington, Fayetteville, Raeford, Southern Pines, Winston Salem, Greensboro, Charlotte
  • Self-motivated and collaborative
