• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that accurately determine clients' mental health needs, thereby laying the groundwork for effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to individuals, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges.
• Work hand-in-hand with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to offer coordinated care, ensuring that all aspects of the client’s well-being are addressed comprehensively.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations by offering immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your clinical expertise and empathy.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote mental health education and actively work to lessen stigma surrounding mental health issues.

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to establish and maintain rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, facilitating a therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and growth.
• Cultural competence to effectively engage with clients from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation and time management.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development are highly valued.
• Familiarity with community resources and networks to enhance client care is a plus.
