• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to identify their specific needs and challenges.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients using solution-focused and behavioral methodologies through our telehealth platform.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate support to clients in distress.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, ensuring that your therapeutic practices are aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care to clients.

The therapist will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Active and valid license as an LCMFT, LCSW, LSCSW, LCPC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic nature alongside a non-judgmental approach when working with diverse client populations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseload and documentation.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional board records.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in crisis intervention and managing acute mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy tools.
