Recycle Mental and Behavioral Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated licensed mental health therapists to join our dynamic outpatient team. This full-time remote position offers the unique opportunity to provide mental health counseling to clients from the comfort of your home while contributing to their overall well-being. Our annual salary range for this role is between USD 100,000 and 120,000, commensurate with experience.

Located in Renton, Washington, Recycle Mental and Behavioral Healthcare is a leading outpatient psychiatric facility committed to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. Our practice specializes in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. At Recycle Mental and Behavioral Healthcare, we embrace a remote work model that allows our therapists to maintain work-life balance while being fully engaged in patient care. While the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we emphasize flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of our patients.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to promote client healing and growth.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to encourage community and shared learning among clients facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate across disciplines with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and management during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and resources.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and the range of community resources available to them.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical regulations using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular case consultations, contribute to team meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to enhance therapeutic practices.

The therapists at Recycle Mental and Behavioral Healthcare work with a diverse clientele, spanning various ages, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. Our patients include individuals experiencing persistent depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and other mental health conditions requiring comprehensive care strategies. Therapists play a vital role in creating supportive, trusting environments that allow patients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• A relevant master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license in Washington State, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Clinical Psychologist.
• A strong command of mental health disorders and a variety of treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated competence in conducting thorough assessments and constructing effective treatment plans.
• Experience providing therapy to both individuals and groups, with sensitivity to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster positive client relationships.
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various technological tools.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of an integrated healthcare team.

• At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in outpatient care.
• Experience with specialized treatment approaches or certifications in specific modalities (e.g., trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based therapy).
• Involvement in community outreach or public mental health education initiatives.
