As a Real Estate Recruiter (1099 Contractor), you'll own the front end of our recruiting process across New England. Your day-to-day focuses on sourcing, screening, and booking qualified real estate agents and team leaders into meetings with our executive team.

You'll work remotely, manage your own pipeline, and use structured screening calls to assess experience, motivation, and culture fit. You'll schedule appointments through a shared calendar and work toward clear geographic recruiting targets.
