Join Chapter 2 as a Talent Partner and take our Go-to-Market hiring to the next level. You'll be at the forefront of building the commercial teams that drive revenue, growth, and market presence for our clients.
If you're energised by scaling high-impact GTM functions in fast-moving environments, thrive at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and search, and love connecting ambitious talent with bold commercial missions-this is your stage.
At its core, this role is about people-identifying driven closers, creative marketers, and trusted partners who turn pipeline into performance and relationships into results.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies across Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment-from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.
  • Building strong pipelines of engaged GTM talent and nurturing relationships over time.
  • Helping improve processes, shape hiring culture, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
  • Using data to provide insights, track progress, and inform decisions at every step.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years' proven experience recruiting across GTM functions-Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and/or Customer Success.
  • You've hired VP or Executive Level GTM talent.
  • Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
  • A people-first mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences.
  • Previous RPO experience advantageous.
