• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address patient needs, including managing pre-crisis and crisis situations.
• Timely completion of all required documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Employ accredited evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to ensure accurate patient evaluations.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans effectively.
• Actively engage in licensing, accreditation, and program enhancement processes to maintain service quality.
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, enhancing resources available to our patients.
• Foster open communication channels to meet and exceed contract standards while promoting the organization’s mission.
• Build and sustain relationships with local and state agencies as well as non-profit organizations to expand program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences and representing the organization in various forums.
• Integrate and advocate for the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy into daily practice, ensuring a cohesive service delivery model.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the organization’s goals and patient care standards.

The licensed mental health counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. • A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is essential for this role.

• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and behavior management.

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise.
