This role is fully remote, designed to provide flexibility while maintaining a safe and therapeutic virtual environment for both clients and therapists. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of physicians, psychologists, and social workers dedicated to integrated addiction treatment strategies. Regular team meetings and collaborative sessions will facilitate the exchange of ideas and reinforce our commitment to client-centered care.

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and the impact on their lives.
• Develop personalized and culturally sensitive treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying psychological issues, ensuring each plan aligns with best practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive, coordinated care tailored to each client's needs.
• Educate and empower clients’ families by offering guidance and resources to support recovery while strengthening family dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and have different pathways to recovery, providing a rich tapestry of therapeutic opportunities. Your ability to connect with individuals from various walks of life and provide tailored support is essential for effective treatment and client engagement.

• A valid mental health professional license (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• You should possess specialized training or proven experience in addiction counseling, as well as familiarity with therapeutic modalities pertinent to substance use recovery.
• Your skill set should include strong therapeutic and counseling abilities, demonstrating an aptitude for motivating clients toward change.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for collaboration with the treatment team and client interactions.

• Experience working in remote counseling settings or prior telehealth experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of community resources for addiction recovery as well as familiarity with the legal and ethical standards surrounding mental health practice.
• Proven experience developing treatment programs tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse populations.

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
