As a remote mental health counselor, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being an integral part of a dynamic clinical team. • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique background and mental health concerns, using standardized tools and empathetic listening skills.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating professionalism and ethical practice in documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop holistic treatment strategies that address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Attend and contribute to regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and learning from colleagues to consistently enhance treatment quality.
• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community support resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the mental health field to ensure the delivery of the most effective care possible.

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our commitment to inclusivity ensures that we address the unique cultural and contextual factors that impact our clients' mental health, providing personalized care that respects their backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• Experience with solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a strong ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, capable of navigating complex situations in a compassionate and effective manner.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and contributing positively to a supportive clinical environment.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or outpatient clinic is preferred, enhancing your ability to understand and address the diverse needs of our clientele.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to efficiently document and track client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Experience in providing telehealth services and an understanding of the unique dynamics involved in virtual counseling.
