  • Track account progress and document all interactions accurately
  • Manage a queue of outstanding requests and prioritize follow-up activities
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality metrics
  • Work efficiently in a repetitive, process-driven environment
  • Identify and resolve barriers that may delay record retrieval
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding account status
