Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status, strengths, and challenges.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, facilitating their journey towards improved mental health and overall well-being.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, employing a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to drive positive outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy services utilizing secure platforms that enhance accessibility and allow for continuity of care, especially beneficial for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.
• Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and empathy, providing immediate support and intervention to help clients navigate their urgent mental health needs.
• Engage in continual professional development through training and education, staying current with best practices, advancements in the field, and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, facing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with adults seeking support for emotional distress, helping them to cope with their situations and enhance their quality of life. Qualifications

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach, vital for supporting clients on their mental health journey.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently while adhering to administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms to enhance the remote therapy experience.
• Experience with crisis intervention methodologies and strategies to assist clients in urgent situations.
• Previous work with adult clients facing diverse mental health concerns and a track record of helping them achieve meaningful improvements.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, dependent on your experience, caseload, and performance metrics. In addition to the base salary, counselors may also receive bonuses based on client satisfaction and retention metrics.
