Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to provide essential services from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate client needs, formulate treatment plans, and ensure appropriate interventions.
  • Monitor and document client progress through regular sessions, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols based on real-time feedback.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions tailored for individual client needs, focusing on cognitive-behavioral techniques and other therapeutic methods.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions using electronic medical records systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • An active clinical license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) in California is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic approaches.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems; experience in using them to document client sessions will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a remote counseling role is preferred but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
