Role: REMOTE Senior Customer Service Representative URGENT!!! Pay: $17.00/hour
Assignment: 3 months Schedule:
•Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ET
•100% attendance required during training and residency
•No pre-scheduled appointments allowed during training or residency
•Camera must remain on throughout training
What You'll Do:
•Support our client by handling inbound customer service calls.
•Assist customers with health insurance enrollments and coverage changes.
•Provide information regarding Medicaid and Marketplace plans.
•Answer questions related to eligibility and financial assistance programs.
•Respond to healthcare coverage and benefits inquiries.
•Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
•Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers and resolving inquiries. • Experience in handling health insurance account is A PLUS!
Requirements:
•High School Diploma or GED required.
•1-3 years of customer service experience.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
•Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
•Must provide your own equipment (BYOD):
