Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle of State Medicaid contracts including contract execution, contract administration, and contract compliance
Support State Medicaid contract negotiations, redlining contracts, and implementing contract strategies aligned with business and legal objectives
Interpret complex contract language and assess impact on pricing, rebates, GTN (Gross-to-Net), AMP, URA, Best Price, and government pricing metrics
